However, in this age of computers, it should be a requirement of owners that they provide high speed internet access. Dial-up access is totally inadequate since many people are required to stay in contact for business even when traveling. I think that it would help their rental status. I also like this unit much better as a 3 bedroom rental. Changing it to a 2 bedroom will preclude us from being able to rent if both daughters and husbands can join us. Dial-up is much too slow in today's world since so many people who travel need internet access that is adequate. I also prefer this unit as a 3 bedroom unit, not the current 2 bedroom.
