From the first interaction with Kay and Courtney #2 from Pam Harrington Exclusives, to the house at 77Forestay, to three days of golf and dining at one of the finest destinations in the country, we couldn't have asked for more. Loved everything about the house and renting again next year! Only issue was that palmetto bugs could easily enter the house at night underneath the door to the pool. We fixed this by putting a throw rug up tight to the seal, however it seems like the seal should be fixed professionally.

Property was outstanding. Pool and patio area was great. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Great location, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We have been to Kiawah 6 times through the last 12 yaars and this was the best house we have rented.

This house was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, high end appliances & fixtures, large pool, short walk to beach, easy access to bike paths, etc! The only drawback is there are 2-3 steps down to the bedrooms on the main level & into the (wonderful) loft upstairs. This could be a hazard for elderly or small children. Overall, our favorite rental to date!
