Nicely updated, 3Br/3 bath, second floor unit in the East Beach area. This unit has beautiful golf course views and is only about 6 minutes to the beach. The downstairs has a nice, open living, dining, and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a hall bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed, and a nice bathroom with a soaking tub and seperate shower. No pets No smoking.

We rented the unit for two days and payed a cleaning fee due to our short stay. One of the people who stayed in the unit felt that the request that we strip the beds, do a load of laundry and take out the trash was unnecessary in view of our having payed the housekeeping fee.

We had a great trip, the accommodations were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient to the beach and to the PGA Championship. Pam Harrington rentals was also very helpful, including allowing me to use their office for some work that I had to take care of.

Great for golf lovers, but not far from beach access. Directly across from the community pool. Had everything we needed, very comfortable and quiet even though it was a 2nd floor unit with unit below and above us. We had never stayed in the Turtle Point

This was a 3 BR condo and it was clean and well furnished. The walk to the beach was longer than expected (10 minutes) but not bad. This unit did not have wifi which was a BIG disappointment. Should be required if the owners rent through you. Overall, good experience.
