Wonderfully appointed 3Br/3.5 bath, 3030 sq.ft., home in the West Beach area with golf course and lagoon views. This home has a great open floor plan. The workable kitchen is right next to the living room. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a tv, dvd player, and a stereo system. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, private bath, television, sitting area , and a deck. The other two bedrooms are downstairs. The first has a queen bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Both bedrooms have private baths. There is an open deck and a large screened in porch. This home is a short, 4 minute walk to the beach and has wireless internet access. No-smoking.

We stayed at this property during the 4th of July week and really had a great time. The house overall is in superb condition and there is not much to point out for improvement. For a family with kids like us, it lacks a few minor items that you don't necessarily bring along from out of town like sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels - you expect to find these things in a beach house. Also, the cleaning team could have done a better job on the patio and in some corners of the house but I guess this requires a deep clean for which there is not enough time on the turnover day. Overall, I would recommend this place any time.

Wonderful house with everything you could need. Great location. Small problem with ants in kitchen and family room. Exterminator came in to treat them but they came back immediately. Will definately consider renting this house again.
