Nicely updated, 3 Br/3 bath, second floor villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all nice and open. The living room has a television, vcr,dvd player, a stereo, and glass doors leading to the screened in porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a tv, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv, and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a tv, and a private bath. We returned for about the 20th time but found the spring weather unlike other years and very cool but had a great stay in an ideal location and found lots to do - just not an the beach as usual. Unit is very convenient to everything and lovely and bright. There is always lots going on in the lagoon - osprey, alligators, turtles etc. All in all, a wonderful vacation.

Once again, we came to start enjoying warmth and flowers before they came to Canada. We had a great time, in spite of the cool weather and rain, with an active week with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. We love being close to the path to the beach and spent lots of time there and checking the Turtle Pond for wildlife. It is such fun introducing our kids to the things we love - ocean waves, birds, alligators and other wildlife. We like being over a lagoon where creatures come and go all day and provide lots to watch and near the Turtle Pond where there is also lots of activity. The Town Center is also handy at that location. We have stayed in that unit several other times and always enjoy it. All in all, we had our usual wonderful time at Kiawah with some time to ourselves to relax and some time with grandchildren to enjoy all the other activities. Thanks for your input.

We rented this unit for the weekend of the Kiawah marathon. It's the perfect location - right next to the start of the race. Over the years, we've stayed in several condos in Turtle Point and Turtle Cove; this one is one of the nicest. It's very close to the path to the beach and convenient to all of the marathon events.

Condo was clean and bright and very convenient to beach. Fresh fruits and vegetables from the farm market right off the island and fresh seafood and deli from the market at FreshFields made meals quick and delicious when we didn't want to go out. Everything was just as described.

The location is great, and the view off the deck if wonderful. The bedrooms are nicely laid out. The down side, the furniture is a bit formal for a beach house, the patio doors are very hard to open and close, the one off the living room to the back deck will not lock. The carpet was very dirty near the kitchen. In all, it worked well for our trip.
