Nice, 2Br/2.5 bath , 1100 sq.ft., villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath are all on the first floor. The living room has a fireplace, hi-def flat screen television, vcr, and glass doors that lead to the open deck that overlooks a lagoon. The two bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. This villa is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. WI-FI No-smoking Rents weekly, spring, summer, and fall only.

The place is lovely, but could use a serious dusting (cobwebs in the dining room chandelier). The stove burners are uneven, which makes cooking anything quite difficult. Also, the Wi-Fi either does not work, or no one knows the password to access it. The
DVD player is not compatible with the television, and only plays movies in black and white (we had rain one afternoon).

Living room dark. Need floorlamp by sliding door and stronger bulbs by couch. Management support staff were excellent. Broken DVD player promptly replaced. Courtesy calls at arrival/departure helpful. No reason to rent thru resort will always use Pam H instead.Fifth stay at KI.

One thing that would have been extremely helpful is a list of restaurants within a 20 mile radius of Kiawah Island. The brouchure has ones on the island but we resorted to our gps for off island.

Our usual unit was not available this year so we tried 4373. The location and view were nice but the unit was a little dated and the kitchen was not as well equipped. The addition of a new TV and wi-fi was appreciated! The bed in the master was more comfortable than our usual unit. The carpet also looked newer and was clean! We did have a problem with bugs (they were crawling in the cabinets!) but Courtney proptly called to have our unit sprayed. It has been a bad year but I still don't want to see them! I will highly recommend Pam Harrington as they were very accomodating with our concerns. We always enjoy our time at Kiawah and will rent from Pam Harrington again!

This property has a great location. Its near the beach and within walking distance of shops and the convention center. The house was clean and provided us with plenty of room. The only improvement I would suggest is give the place a modern update. WI-FI and a TV that was made within this decade would help. Other than that everything was great. Cool lake view and it was nice to have a full kitchen. i would definately consider renting again.

Courtney at Pam Harrington was VERY helpful. Thank you Courtney. The property was in a GREAT location. The unit kitchen and bathrooms are dated. The sliding glass door leading to the porch was VERY difficult to open. There were problems with the cable and vcr upstairs in the bedroom. Stove should be looked at. Some burners didn't seem to work right.
Overall we had a great stay.
