Nicely updated, 1 Br/1 bath villa in the West Beach Village. The living, dining, and kitchen area is very open with vaulted ceilings and all new appliances. There is a nice LCD tv, dvd player, and internet access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, wall mounted tv, bathroom, and a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. There is a screened in porch with wooded views off the living room. The cute table and chairs on the porch provide a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This cute villa is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the West Beach Straw Market.

Noticed that a few of the walls, near the cealing, in the bedroom and living room were developing cracks. You may want to alert the owner of these. They are not major, but I figure that they may want to know. Once again, loved the condo (stayed there last year as well) and may come back next year again. Thanks.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay in this unit. The unit is newly renovated and completely up to date. The location--less than a minute from the beach--was perfect. Our first morning we noticed that there was no hot water in the unit. We called Pam and within 5 minutes the problem was fixed, no more worries. I would highly recommend this specific unit. More importantly, I would encourage anyone interested in staying at Kiawah in a non-resort property to contact Pam Harrington. The staff was informed and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This unit is fantastic! Very nice accommodations and included everything we needed for our home away from home. The beach was a very short walk away and it the unit is conveniently located close to the straw market and it's a short drive to the grocery. Pam Herrington's staff was very friendly and lived up to our expectations. Thanks for making our vacation one to remember!
