The house was in perfect condition, spacious, and provided plenty of room for 3 sets of parents with 6 kids aged between 6 months and 16. The pool, although small, was great for relaxing after a trip to the beach. The walk to the beach was only ~5 minutes and very pleasant, mostly along a paved path. Only complaint (a small one) was that nearly all the door hinges squeaked loudly, so early risers would wake up others. Large propane BBQ grill was great for cookouts, and large dining room table could fit entire family comfortably. The home did not contain any personal touches from the owners, books, games, etc so be sure to bring your own. TV/DVD player/cable TV were provided.

My family recently stayed at this house for a family reunion. It couldn't have been better. We especially appreciated the large kitchen, pool, great neighborhood and close location to the beach. We have stayed at Kiawah many times and this was one of the best.
