UPSCALE 4 Br/3.5 bath home in the Vanderhorst Plantation. The downstairs has the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. There is a nice sunny deck off of the kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath and a small television. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms and the other two bathrooms as well as a den with a television. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a great children's bunk room that share a bath. Perfect house for families. This lovely home is a very short, 3 minute walk to the beach. No pets No smoking Gas Grill/Internet

Everything was great except that the AC, BBQ grill and refrigerator required servicing while we were there. Also there was an electrical power outage in the house lasting several hrs one day. These issues were addressed professionally and promptly.

We have been to Kiawah many times and will return in the future. It's such a great vacation spot. The location of the Sand Fiddler house is ideal.
