This adorable 3Br/ 3 bath cottage has been recently updated. The living room has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a separate sitting area and a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath, and a television. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and their own bathrooms. The kitchen has new floors and countertops and flows right into the dining area that has a nice table and chairs There is a wrap around porch with a table and chairs overlooking a lagoon. No-smoking No-pets

We really enjoyed our vacation at 1044 Sparrow Pond. The cottage is nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with just about anything you will need. It's a short walk to the beach and minutes away from the main entrance and major bike trails. Definitely a family friendly place!

This was our second stay in 1044 Sparrow Pond (4th stay overall in Sparrow Pond Cottages). We love the location close to the small community pool and the beach. The best feature of 1044 may be the finished porch area overlooking the freshwater pond. The property was clean and generally well maintained with only a few minor issues (wobbly table leg, dining area light burned out, inoperative garbage disposal unit, minor ant infestation in kitchen area). Pam Harrington associates quickly resolved both the bug and garbage disposal issues. We hope to return next year.

This was our family's fifth stay on Kiawah Island and the first time we rented through Pam Harrington. The villa location was ideally located near a community pool and the beach. Sparrow Pond was very quiet and nicely shaded. 1044 was located on a picturesque lagoon. We were so pleased with the villa that we have decided to rent through Pam Harrington again this summer.
