  In general we had a very nice stay and we enjoyed this particular house. We especially liked the close proximity to the beach and the view of the ocean. Our only complaint was what occurred during check in, which is supposed to be any time after 4pm. We arrived at about 4:20 to find the house only half cleaned and still full of the "cleaning crew," including a few of their relatives. Up front we were offered no compensation for this even though we were told that should we arrive early (at all) that we would be charged a half day's rent. We feel that this should work both ways; i.e. we weren't able to check in at the appointed time but we were not offered anything. We had to bring this up to the management ourselves. In the end, we naturally would have preferred to have just arrived with the house ready (as planned) and not have had this discussion at all while on vacation.

  We loved the property. It was perfect for our two families (me, my 14 year old son and his friend and my brother, sister-in-law and their children, all 10 and under). We loved the location and the Pam Herrington representatives were great about assisting with check-in and ensuring that everything was OK. I would return to the property in a second.

  Since I cook most of the evening meals it was very helpful to have such a well equiped kitchen. It is a terrific house for a two generation family.

  This is a happy house for those who love the beach. It features a layout that is great for the nine to ten people it can sleep. Mattresses, particularly in lower floor master bedroom could be improved for better rest. The view from top floor and porch are great.

  I spent a long weekend at this place with some girlfriends for my (very relaxing) bachelorette weekend - and it was fantastic! You can't beat the view from the top floor deck - it was where we spent most of our time. I have been to Kiawah many times, but never stayed right on the beach - this house has spoiled me for future visits. It's so nice to be able to be just steps away from the water. While the bright decor takes some getting used to, I would love to come back and stay again...

  This house affords the privacy you would expect when you are looking to relax at the beach. It is a comfortable home in a perfect location on Kiawah. The beach is practically private in this area.   We have been going to Kiawah for twenty years. It continues to be beautiful. Pasm harringtonm has always been very helpful and has always accommodated our needs. all the houeses we have stayed in have been outastanding.

  We loved that the house was right on the beach. It was convenient to let out preteens go down to the beach by themselves while we watched from the porch. We also benefitted from the constant ocean breezes which kept us at least 10-15 degrees cooler than inland areas the entire week.
  Only negatives we saw were a few palmetto bugs and a saggy queen-sized mattress.
  Overall, we would definitely recommend this location again and would not hesitate to rent from Pam Harrington Exclusives again.

  My only recommendation is to have tv's in the two main bedrooms master and the one with a queen for privacy and more towels need to be available had to wash towels to often for a vacation better directions on working tv's and satellite

  The property was nice but far from spectacular. I think the rating on your website is a little misleading. The rental is quite expensive but the house and furnishings are really quite average. The location is excellent.

    We do not rate our properties. We do not feel that 90 is a spectacular home, but is a wonderful "fun" home and it is a great deal for basically and oceanfront unit. I would suggest 14 Turtle Beach if you want spectacular! But its double the price!
