Comfortable, updated and refurnished 1Br/1 bath, first floor, villa in the East Beach area with a view of the dunes. This unit offers an open living, dining, and well appointed kitchen area with brand new appliances. The living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, vcr, dvd player, a cd player, and glass doors leading to an open deck. From the deck, you have a nice view of the dunes and direct access to the beach boardwalk. This unit is equipped with wireless internet and offers a very upscale and welcoming feel. No-smoking. WE DID HAVE A POWER OUTAGE FOR 5 HOURS ONE EVENING - NOT A PROBLEM BUT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO HAVE BOTH CANDLES AND MATCHES OR A LIGHTER IN THE UNIT - VERY DARK PLACE AT NIGHT. THE UNITS FLASHLIGHT DID WORK BUT WAS VERY WEAK AND POOR.

It was the best beach weather one could possibly expect. We usuaully go in to Charleston several times but the beach conditons were so great we spent all of our time relaxing on the beach.
The rental management team were excellent,very attentive and always ready

Lovely 1-bedroom condo steps from the beach. Upscale furnishings and recently renovated, with travertine tile, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Helpful and friendly agents. Only negative is lack of access to resort pools, not a problem to us as the weather was warm. If cooler, pool access might be nice to have to get out of the wind.

First time to Kiawah Island and loved it. The lush landscape, abundant walking and bike trails, the Nature Center, and the beautiful natural wood buildings. And quiet when we visited in October. We were just over the dune from the beach. The beach is hard so it's great for walking/jogging but not much soft sand for children to play in. In our unit, we had one drape rod break and the TV went out and had to be replaced which took a day. All in all though, very nice furnishings. I absolutely loved the Tuscany style kitchen and bathrooms. A little far from Charleston though.
