Very nice, newly redone 1 Br/1 bath, second floor, villa in the East Beach area with wooded views. The living room has a tv, dvd player, vcr, and a glass door leading o the open deck. The bedroom has a king size bed, a television and entry to the deck. This unit is only a two minute walk to the beach. No smoking/ Cannot use fireplace.

Out of all the visits we have made to Kiawah this facility was the BEST. The location, cleanliness, decor...and no bugs... made our stay this year just so wonderful. Of course, the weather was perfect and this is always a plus. Pam Harrington has always provided the best facilities for us, and we have tried a few others over the years. Beautifully furnished with all amenities. Great location just two minutes to the beach. Only thing it was missing was the ocean view. But then we may never have left! Highly recommend. So comfortable. Minor suggestion would be to offer beach towels (we couldn't fit ours in our luggage).

We always have a great time when we stay in this condo as we have for a number of years. The recent redecorating was beautifully done and has created an adult retreat for those who want qauality. I would not recommend this unit to anyone traveling with children. Enjoy!

We have rented this unit so many times we have lost count--at least 7 or eight years. It's perfect for two people--well appointed, decorated, quiet and convenient. The beach is a 3 or 4 minute walk. The unit owners and the Pam Harrington staff have done a lot to make this an ideal vacation spot. They always check on us a couple of times during the week to see if we need anything. They are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, as we always do, on Kiawah. Normally we rent a larger private home when we visit since we normally have our daughters and their family with us. However, during this visit my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary so it was just the two of us. This Windswept villa was perfect for our three night stay. It was very close to the beach for our walk and very comfortable in the evenings. The 35-40 minute drive to downtown Charleston allowed us to see a number of the Spoleto Festival programs and enjoy some very wonderful dinners. When we first arrived at the villa the air conditioner for the unit was not working but we made one phone call to the Pam Harrington staff and within 15 minutes they had a repair service there to resolve the problem. They called to verify that the problem had been addressed. They were wonderful, as always!
Wonderful property and location, and thanks to whoever arranged such great weather. Our only suggestion would be to provide renters with good directions on how to find the property when first arriving.

This one bedroom villa was exactly as represented and even had recent improvements when we arrived. It was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The owner had paid attention to all the details. The location was excellent just a few steps off the beach and a short bike ride to the convention center where I was attending a conference. We appreciated the beach chairs that were supplied. Thanks for providing a wonderful getaway spot. I do not like to rent a villa sight unseen and through Pam Harrington Exclusives I had the opportunity to shop around.
