Nice, comfortable 2Br/2.5 bath, 1100 sq.ft. villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath are all on the first floor. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room and glass doors leading to an open deck. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This end unit is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. No-smoking.

Kiawah like most coastal resorts in the southern US is tough on houses. This property is in top shape, inside and out. Obviously alot of maintenance goes on behind the scenes. It would be difficult to find a better location to rent. The photos on the website do not portray the size and comfort of the interior-- the bedrooms are perfect. Nice lagoon in the back with a gator (please do not feed them). Amazing live oaks dripping Spanish moss everywhere. There are no bad views in Kiawah. I would stay here again.

We have stayed in this unit 8 times. The location is wonderful; very close to the beach, the main bike trail, Town Market, The Sanctuary and Night Heron Nature Center. It is an especially great location with children. The unit is clean and comfortable.

The property was clean and a quick walk to the beach. The deck overlooked a lagoon and was very peaceful in the early evening. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with prior to our arrival.

Pam Harrington Exclusives are always wonderful to rent from.The unit had a dirty bathroom(hair on floor,etc)and the carpet had a chemical that caused us all to have an allergic reaction.Perhaps it had been cleaned with something very strong.We narrowed
it down to the carpet throughout the condo. Thanks

Pam Harrington Exclusives is extremely accomodating. We have rented through this agency for 20+ years and will continue to do so. They handle any question or request promptly and graciously.
The property is in a wonderful location, offers a convenient floor plan with both front and back decks to enjoy the surrounding beauty.
The accomodations could use a bit of updating as far as the kitchen and baths; other than that, it's a great place to be!! This is our third year to request this particular property during our Kiawah stay.
