Very nice, 2Br/2.5 bath, 1100 sq.ft., villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all very open and on the first floor. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 52" flat screen tv, dvd player, vcr, a cd player and a glass door leading to the deck, with new porch furniture, that overlooks a lagoon. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Both of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television, and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin bedsprivate bath, and TV. This villa is just a two minute walk to the beach. No-smoking.

We are so glad we returned to Pam Harrington. It is nice to be known by our name when we came to the rental office etc. and see the people who helped us by phone. Your personal service and patience in helping us with our changing plans with Cicalas was much appreciated.
This unit could use a rug or mat inside the door on the beautiful wood floor! Also saw several coackroaches...one 4 inches!!! They did spray the day we moved in...Thanks for all of your help!!

The property is beginning to show its age. Kitchen cabinets, microwave, and carpet all need some attention. Also, the upstairs floor squeaks. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property. Nice furniture, TV and location.

We would stay in this unit again. While it is great to stay right on the beach, the walk is short, and the discount is worth it! Besides, it is fun to watch the gators swim back and forth, and we like being close to the park and nature center as well.

This is a nice rental in a good location, on the lagoon, just a minute or two from the beach. We were thrilled with a daytime bobcat sighting during one of our long bike rides, and he even cooperated for a few good pictures. Speaking of bike rides, I can't say I'd recommend "Surfscooter," where we rented bikes for the week. Though we made (and paid for) the reservations about 6 weeks before our stay, the bikes weren't there and when I called, they seemed to have no record of our rental ("We've been having problems with our website..." For six weeks?) Anyway, they were responsive and delivered 3 bikes late that night. But two of the three seemed a bit rusty and were virtually impossible to adjust seats on. They were usable, but I'll try another bike rental company next time. This was a minor annoyance in an otherwise fine week at Kiawah, as usual!

Our 4th trip to Kiawah, first in this unit. Nice location on the lagoon, good for gator and bird-watching. Nicely furnished. Master bath a bit small but otherwise very comfortable and clean. Rented bikes from Alligator bikes were very reasonable and convenient. Love Kiawah!

We have been renting from Kiawah Resort for many years but their price has gone up and the quality of the units down. We were so impressed with our Pam Harrington villa! Our unit was clean, the dryer actually worked and there were newer appliances in the kitchen (the ice maker was wonderful!) The location and view are perfect! I was impressed that the Pam Harrington staff checked on us to make sure everything was as expected and they repsonded quickly with any need. My only negative is that the pillows are a little flat... next time we'll bring our own. All in all, a wonderful experience and we will look at Pam Harrington in the future!

We have been to this particular unit many times, in fact feel like it is another home! It is very tastefully furnished, wonderful location etc....however, I do feel that maybe it would be a good idea to line/redo the kitchen cupboard shelves, the corner where the saucepans are is particularly bad. Also, as you have asked for a review, are the spare blankets in the closets washed, somehow they do not look as though they are regularly??? We used them again this stay.

We love the unit and will be back either Fall or next Spring and will continue to do so. Have only made these suggestions as you asked!
