Nice, beachy 2Br/2.5 bath, 1100 sq.ft. villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. Open living, dining, and kitchen areas downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a television, DVD player, and a glass door leading to the deck that overlooks a lagoon. There is a half bath downstairs. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bath and the other bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. This villa is just a short two minute walk to the beach. No-smoking

We loved the layout and location of this condo. Note to housekeeping: the laminate floor needs a good mopping. Also, if you could trim the trees a bit we could sit on the deck and see the lagoon. Otherwise, it was perfect - we loved it.
