Nice 3Br/3 bath villa in the East Beach area with wooded views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all on the first floor. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom on the first floor. The living room has a television, fireplace, and glass door leading to the deck. The master bedroom and third bedroom are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a television, and a private bath. This villa is only a two minute walk to the beach. No-smoking.

Great location. Only issue we had was the open balcony between the living room and master bedroom. Not very private and difficult to sleep when watching tv or people talking in LR.
