We've been coming to Kiawah for 15 years but have never come in the Winter. I have to say after this stay in December, we will plan an annual winter trip. The weather was gorgeous and it felt like we had the entire island to ourselves. The condo was comfortable and it had all of the nicer amenities, plus, the location was quiet and peaceful. We'll be back next December!!

Our family had a fantastic four days in this condo. The location could not have been better on the resort, and the views from the windows and deck were so calm, peaceful and lovely. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and provided perfect accommodations
for everyone in our party, who ranged from 2 years to 68 years! We will request this property again.

The one thing that villa needs is extra towels in the master bathroom. Otherwise, it was all wonderful. VERY WELL equipped kitchen, unlike previous Windswept properties we have experienced.

I am not sure you can have a bad experience on Kiawah. The island is so beautiful that any little issues are hardly a problem. This unit was clean but could use a new washer & dryer unit and couches. The location is perfect for a family with kids since it is located on Night Heron Park, where there are evening activities for the families. Pam Harrington is always a pleasure to work with; I use them every year to book my vacation in Kiawah.

This property worked out wonderfully for three couples. We each had are own bedroom and bath. The lagoon gave us a sense of seclusion yet we were within a short walk of the ocean. Loved the bike trails and of course there is Charleston.
