Nice 1Br/1 bath, first floor villa in the East Beach area. There is a king size bed in the bedroom as well as a tv/vcr combo. The kitchen has been nicely updated. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a television, dvd player, VCR, and glass doors leading to the screened in porch. This villa has wooded views and is only a minute walk to the beach. No-smoking.

Great location in the trees but close to the beach. Loved the screened in porch. Kiawah is beautiful with a great beach and lots of bike paths in beautiful settings.
We've been staying a number of years now and this is still a great property. New paint and some updates this year were nice. The location is fantastic; easy walk to the beach and we love the screened in porch. We'll be back!!

This is a really nice unit in a great location only steps from the beach. Especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Nicely furnished and well equipped. We would recommend it to anyone and we will be back!!

The condo is beautiful. We had a great vacation. I just wish there was a way up to the condo without stairs as I have limited walking ability. The location is perfect and could only be improved by bringing the beach closer.

We love Kiawah!!! This has been our vacation spot for 25 years. The ecology is beautiful and beyond compare to the northern and Florida beaches we have gone to. Good resturants.
The unit we stayed in was nice but we missed our flat screen TV and broader channel selections we have available at home. As far as unit changes, I suggest new blinds on the sliding glass doors and ask the cleaning service to clean the baseboards. (I am probably too picky.)
We have recommended this unit to our neighbors, who stayed there this year.
We love it at Kiawah & this a a great location.

In our opinion no other beach beats Kiawah, even the gulf resorts. We have been coming to the island for thirty years and we always enjoy it including the many attractions in the area. We have recommended this unit to friends, who also liked it very much.
This unit is a very close & a perfect location to the beach. One suggestion are room darkening shades in the bedroom because there is tree lighting right outside the winddow and we find it disturbing.

We've been to Kiawah a couple of times (in the fall both times) and just love it. Totally serene and relaxing. This rental was very nice. I put a note on the key return, but there was an issue with the kitchen faucet. When you turned it to the right, as in running water in the disposal, it sprayed out or leaked water. Didn't affect our stay, though! Tell the new owners we appreciated the updates!
