Nice 3 Br/3 bath, 2100 sq.ft. home in Vanderhorst Plantation. The open floor plan includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The back of the home has a deck with a gas grill and golf views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and a private bath with a steeping tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and private baths. There is also a free community pool for renters to use. No-smoking inside please.

The home was exactly as represented in your materials and as discussed with the company. It met all the needs for our vacation; we were extremely pleased. The proximity to the beach, along with access to a community pool, were the selling points for us. We understood this home was not one of the more modern, updated homes on the island, but we found the home neat, tidy, comfortable and with good provisions. A community pool was very important to us, and may not be to everyone, so we are willing to forgo granite countertops for a pool! Your company was also responsive, had everything ready, and professional. We would recommend you to our friends.

The home was in an excellent location. The management of the home was excellent as well. The beds were comfortable and the linens were spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was very functional with all of your basic utencils available! One minor issue is that the home needs a little updating in the way of technology. The Televisions were old and only one of the bedrooms had a TV and it had very limited channels. No internet connection was availalbe.
