Nice 4Br/ 3Ba., 4400 sq.ft. home in Vanderhorst Plantation. Bright, open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room and dining area. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. One of the upstairs bedroom has a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is also a queen bed, two twin beds, and the aforementioned sleeper sofa. This home has a nice,big patio, gas grill, outdoor shower, pool, and hot tub. You can enjoy the golf course views from all the downstairs rooms. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Our trip to Kiawah was our best vacation ever. We loved it so much that we are returning again this year. The house was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was with the climate control, but one call to the manager resulted in almost immediate repair. The management was also extremely efficient in helping us attain medical services for our infant grandson who had developed a severe ear infection. We hope our stay this summer is as pleasant!
We will always rent a house with a pool.

The pool was the prefect end to a day at the beach. The pool size was great for 2 families to share. The house had enough living spaces for everyone to enjoy themselves. We wished that the air conditioning upstairs cooled a little better and that the refrigerator kept cooler too.

We have been renting from Pam for 25 years.This was one of the best places we have stayed.The pool and hot tub were great.Location was near to the usual Pam and staff did great job of making everything perfect.Only suggestion would be to have some sort of internet access.Loved the place so much we are going back again this year.

Our family just returned from a week long stay in Kiawah and had a great first experience utilizing Pam Harrington Exclusives (PHE) to rent property there. The house was very nice and spacious - plenty of room for our four adults and one toddler. The layout was great, and the pool was fantastic. The interior was a bit dated (which was as described by our PHE consultant) but was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The home was clean and the pool was well maintained. Upon arrival we received a call from PHE to check in and be sure everything was well. We appreciated that because it appeared some of the AC was not working properly. They immediately sent a maintenance technician over to refill the freon, and later in the week when there was one other issue with the cooling, they addressed it promptly and it did not disrupt our vacation in any way. The property is perfect for "pool" families, but is not very convient to the beach. I'd say it's about a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach access which is tough if you have little ones who tire easily. But our overall experience was great and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

My family I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a great location, had a ton of space and a fantastic pool. The down sides were that the kitchen was lacking - not a lot in way of cooking utensils, towels, etc. - and the sliding glass doors leading out to the pool were in poor condition and extremely difficult to open and close. Other than that we loved the house and would recommend it.

We find this vacation home to be just right for our family. Having a studio-type accommodatioin upstairs is ideal for our single son and the other bedrooms are great for the rest of the family. We do think there should be a Tv in the master bedroom and a few more large bowls in the kitchen. The pool is wonderful. This has been our third year for this rental, if we did not like the accommodations we would not have returned.
